Kairo's sights Kairos museum The Egyptian museum in Cairo was established by the Egyptian government in 1835. The museum exhibits collections about 120000 objects.
For example the museum accomodates the wellknown mask of "Tut Ench Amun". Khan El Khalili Khan El Khalili is the biggest bazaar around where you are able to buy nearly everything you need. The inner city If you like to visit the elder part of the city, you'll find many old mosques and many shacks where you can buy "Kuscherie" , handmade jewelry or other things like textiles, vegetables, fruits, etc. Kuscherie: is the typical Egyptian food. It's made out of lenses, rice, noodles, peas, onion and something like ketchup.
